Our methodology
Our methodology is the result of 8 years of WordPress projects and learning. From the initial brief to going live, here are the 5 stages that guarantee a project delivered on time, on budget, and that meets your objectives.
Each Evolurise project follows a proven methodology - not rigid, but structured. Flexible enough to adapt to your constraints, rigorous enough to avoid scope creep, endless back-and-forth and slow releases. This is how we work.
Stage 1: Briefing and discovery (D1 to D3)
It all starts with a conversation. We take the time to understand your business, your target customers, your competitors, your business objectives and your constraints (budget, deadline, existing technical resources). In 2 or 3 meetings, we produce a validated technical brief that serves as a moral contract for the rest of the project.
- Deliverable: technical brief + tree structure + internal linking plan
- Your commitment: 2 to 3 hours' availability
Stage 2: UX/UI design (D4 to D14)
We create your Figma mock-ups - desktop and mobile. First, low-fidelity wireframes to validate the page architecture, then high-fidelity mock-ups with your visual identity. Each design decision is explained and justified. You sign off before development begins.
- Deliverables: complete Figma mock-ups (all pages)
- Your commitment: 1 round of feedback (2 h)
Stage 3: WordPress development (D15 to D35)
Development is carried out in a secure staging environment - you can monitor progress in real time. Custom PHP theme, ACF integration, Rank Math configuration, performance optimisation. Two intermediate checkpoints for projects of more than 10 pages.
- Deliverable: functional staging site with all content integrated
- Your commitment: intermediate validation and supply of content
Stage 4: Tests and recipe (D36 to D40)
Before delivery, we test everything: browser compatibility (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge), responsive on 5 screen sizes, forms, links, PageSpeed performance, security. Acceptance is a formal process with a 50-point checklist.
- Deliverable: acceptance report + list of corrections made
- Your commitment: final validation (2 h)
Stage 5: Go live and training (D41 to D45)
Production start-up is scheduled at a time of low traffic. We manage the DNS transfer, SSL configuration, Google Analytics 4 and Search Console connection and Sitemap submission. Then we train your team (2 hours) in WordPress administration.
- Deliverable: site in production + customised documentation + training
- Follow-up: including 30-day post-launch monitoring
