Unless otherwise agreed in a specific contract with the customer, the contractual relations arising from the use of the Website and the services provided by Evolurise are governed by the law of the country in which Evolurise L.L.C-FZ is established.

At the express request of the customer, it may be agreed that the contract shall be subject to French law.

In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable resolution:

  • The competent courts within the jurisdiction of Paris may be seized, where this has been contractually agreed with the customer; ;
  • Failing this, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of the Evolurise headquarters.
