Do I need to sign a maintenance contract?

No. All our packages are contract-free, with 30 days’ notice required. We believe you’ll stay with us because our service is good, not because you’re tied into a contract.

What happens if my website is hacked?

For the Pro and Premium packages, recovery following a cyberattack is included. We restore your system from the last healthy backup, remove malicious files, strengthen security and provide you with an incident report. For the Essential plan, troubleshooting is charged at an hourly rate.

Can I take out a package covering several sites?

Yes. We offer sliding-scale rates for multiple sites. Please contact us for a bespoke quote if you manage several WordPress sites.

Do you carry out maintenance on websites created by other agencies?

Yes. We start by carrying out a technical audit of your website (free of charge for our prospective maintenance clients) to assess the condition of your plugins, theme, security and performance. We then provide you with a report and suggest a suitable package.

Will the updates be carried out at night to avoid disruption?

For the Pro and Premium packages, yes. We schedule updates during off-peak hours on your website (usually between 2 am and 6 am). For the Essential package, updates are carried out during the day, with prior notification.
