Académie Excellence: Qualiopi LMS platform 800 learners

Académie Excellence trains 800 students a year in consultancy and project management. Until 2024, they used Moodle hosted by OVH: an outdated interface, a completion rate stuck at 41 %, a support team of six people managing the 23 active courses, and, above all, zero automation of Qualiopi 2.0 requirements.

Immediate risk: the next Qualiopi audit is due in March 2025. In the event of non-compliance with documentation requirements, the organisation will lose its accreditation and, as a result, stand to lose €2.1 million in potential CPF and OPCO revenue for the year.

Brief: replace Moodle with a modern technology stack, fully automate Qualiopi records (attendance, assessments, immediate and delayed satisfaction surveys) for %, and prepare for a scale-up to 2,000 learners within 18 months.

WordPress 6.9 + LearnDash 4 + LearnDash Notifications + WooCommerce for the registration flow. Stripe for credit card payments and self-funded enrolments, direct integration with Moncompteformation for CPF applications (official API), and a custom OPCO connector for corporate applications.

Bespoke Qualiopi module: automatic generation of electronically signed attendance sheets; Excel export of attendance records, evaluations and satisfaction surveys in the format required by auditors; GDPR alerts regarding data retention (3 years after the end of the programme).

Trainer dashboard with engagement rates, NPS by module and personalised tracking of learners who are behind schedule. Educational manager dashboard for a consolidated overview and one-click generation of quarterly reports in PDF format.

Migration of 12,800 historical learner records (5 years’ worth of data), whilst retaining any qualifications already awarded. A phased transition over 4 weeks, course by course.
